KBF administers a variety of Scholarships established by donors to provide meaningful assistance to Baptist students across the state.
Start the Application Process
Applications may be submitted to your school between January 1 and April 15 each year. Scholarships are awarded by the KBF Scholarship & Outreach committee in May for the upcoming academic year.

Additional Scholarship Opportunities
In addition to the Scholarships administered by KBF’s scholarship committee, we also partner with several churches to provide administrative support for scholarships established by the church. Contact the KBF or your church to learn about available scholarships.
Frequently Asked Questions
In addition to any donor-established criteria, the following student eligibility requirements have been established:
- Full-time student at authorized institution in a basic degree program (excludes doctoral program).
- Kentucky resident for at least one year and member in good standing of a cooperating affiliated Kentucky Baptist church
- Financially needy
Each scholarship has its own unique eligibility requirements and award process. The church or ministry organization administers the application and award process.
